How do I get started?
Create an account in the ScribleNest app on your iPhone or iPad, or at scriblenest.com. We email you a link to confirm your address; open it, then sign in. The same account works on the web, iPhone and iPad.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and we'll email you a link to choose a new one. Open it on the same device you asked from.
The confirmation email never came.
Check Junk or Spam first. Then sign in with your email and password: if your address still needs confirming, the app offers to send a fresh link.
Can I write with Apple Pencil?
Yes, on iPad with Apple Pencil, or with your finger on iPhone and iPad. Pinch with two fingers to zoom into a page, and use the pens, highlighter, eraser, shapes, sticky notes and tape from the toolbar.
How do I work with PDFs?
Tap + and choose Import a PDF to bring one in from Files, iCloud Drive or another app. Write on it, highlight it, add notes in the margin, and share it with your markup drawn in.
Do my notes sync between devices?
Yes. Everything is saved to your account as you write, so it's there on the web and on every device you sign in to.
How much can I store?
Each plan comes with storage per person; the Free plan has 2 GB. See how much you've used in the app under More → Storage, or on the web under Storage at the foot of your folders. Things in the Trash count until they're deleted for good.
I deleted something by mistake.
Deleted notebooks and pages wait in the Trash for 30 days. Open the Trash from your library and restore them.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to More → Delete account. The screen shows exactly what will be deleted before you confirm. Our privacy policy has the details.
